Ahrar condemns Iraqi Government's handling of refugees
Following an announcement by the Syrian deputy foreign minister, Fayssal al-Mekdad, that Iraq is not living up to its obligations to Iraqi refugees within Syria, Ahrar Party Leader Ayad Jamal Aldin has strongly condemned the Iraqi Government.

In the 2010 Parliamentary Elections, we each have a chance to build an Iraq that our children and grandchildren will all be proud to call home. The Independent High Electoral Commission recently released the list of countries in which voting will take place on March 7, 2010.

A Message from Generation Ahrar
For far too long we have watched our parents and our families suffer as shortages of power, clean water and food have ruled their lives. We have seen our education disrupted by violence and our job opportunities snatched from us. We have been unable to meet our friends without the fear of violence and it is time for this to end.

70 Days to Change
Ahrar welcomes the Iraqi Parliament's passing of the amended Election Law. At the same time, Ahrar has reservations about the proportion of seats allocated to Iraqis living outside Iraq and demands that the Presidency Council review the Law to preserve the rights of all Iraqis.
